|Recommended: NoGetting better, but still not great. — Since the apartment complex has been taken over by a different company I have a lot of hope. The beautification process and repainting is great, but there are still a lot of major problems. Maintenance is really backed up and I often have to make 2-3 requests or call on the phone or it could be a month before anything is done. My apartment has some problems that have still not been fixed. One of my neighbors smokes weed and the smell gets into my apartment some how. I have hope, but as of right now, I would not recommend to my friends to live here.

|Recommended: NoAbsolutely hideous new paint scheme. Solid white on buildings of this size is just moronic, looks very cheap and headache inducing Stay away

|Recommended: NoIt’s so expense and the maintenances service is poor. — It’s so expensive and the maintenance general and the service to request of the rental customers is poor, by example the car wash station don’t working because the valve of water was broken since four month ago and the vacuum don’t working by more time. Mi refrigerator make a noise and not working good since five month and don’t fixed this. If the maintenance service don’t fix at time the trouble is when have a lot problem, it’sa really worse site, by this reason do not recommend living here.

|Recommended: NoThis management company is very inconsiderate of their residents I would not recommend anyone to live here I came out of my apartment today only to discover my car and several other residents had been towed not bc I parked in a reserved spot or handy cap spot but because the were trimming trees around the building no one called me or put a letter on my door to notify me that I needed to move my car instead they they claimed to have sent out emails this morning which I don’t check all the time because it’s mostly spam and I had to pay 200 to get it out which is a lot for me be a I live alone and already have a lot of bills to pay by myself when I came to the office to ask why couldn’t they give me a call before towing my vehicle the property manager told me that it was unreasonable to call everyone who live in that building and that I was wrong for not checking my emails very nasty and rude

|Recommended: NoThis management company is very INCONSIDERATE of their residents I have lived here for almost two years and have not had problems until this new management company took over. I came outside today only to discover my car and several other residents vehicles were towed not because I parked in a reserved spot or handicap spot but because they were trimming trees around the building and instead of calling residents or leaving notes on doors they claim to have sent out emails this morning which I do not check all the time bc it is mostly spam . When I came to the office to ask why didn’t I get a call before towing my vehicle the property manager told me it was unreasonable to call the all the residents and that this was my fault for not checking my emails so I had to unexpectedly pay 200 dollars to get my vehicle back which is a lot for me I’m already paying a lot of bills on my own but of course she doesn’t care bc her vehicle is still outside DO NOT MOVE HERE
