She even has been thoughtful enough to even remember our names anytime we stop by the office. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any needs that come up and professional when entering our home.

|Recommended: YesNo lights have been on for a week now — don't know why nobody hads done anything about it but the lights have been off for all most a week now in the 2500 unit The front door lights . hallway,and parking lot lights are off.
Thank you for your response Sarah. We were unaware of this until March 11th, when our valet trash vendor brought to our attention. We are actively working to get this resolved and have the proper work done to keep this from happening in the future. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this!

|Recommended: YesYes its a nice place but… — The place itself is quite nice but the office staff is hard to get in touch with, there are multiple things wrong with the apt even though they did a “inspection” days before we moved in, the poop waste stations are all full so no one bothers to pick up their dogs poop.

|Recommended: NoNo upkeep — There is absolutely no upkeep at this apartment complex. Trash will be left sitting outside on the sidewalks for days. Get an email telling us we will be fined for leaving tied garbage bags in their designated bins outside the apartment, but yet there is no ground cleanliness whatsoever. Also almost every other day there is piles of garbage stacked by the dumpsters. For the price this place looks disgusting.
Your review is important to us Madison. We are working extremely hard with resident's and guest to place trash where it belongs and with our valet trash vendor to ensure piles of bags stacked at the dumpster will become a thing of the past. The community is also in the process of having a new gate installed to help control outside offenders. Thanks again and have a great day!

|Recommended: YesIt has been a refreshing change having Tashea Lewis manage the property. Finally, we have someone who knows how to manage the property and takes the residents' interests to heart It has been a long time since anyone managing the property has taken an interest in the residents and made their presence on the property a priority and not just a financial grab. Additionally, Marquis and Monte go to great lengths to address maintenance requests and the maintenance needs on the property and of the residents. Their tireless efforts are greatly appreciated

|Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff — The maintenance staff here at Alister have been great. Marquis and Monte are always extremely professional and helpful. Whether it’s concerns regarding a maintenance request or just general questions about the property, they are always available to assist. Their services have been timely and super reliable. I’ve been here going on 4 years and I certainly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to continuously improve our Alister community

|Recommended: YesI wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and admiration for the incredible work that Tashea, our Assistant Manager, has been doing to improve our community.
I’ve been at Alister for a few years now, I have witnessed the various transitions and changes that have taken place. I was contemplating moving elsewhere and not renewing my lease with so much going on. However, Tashea's dedication and unwavering commitment have completely changed my perspective.
Every time I visit the office, she is mostly there by herself, her door is always open, juggling multiple tasks with a smile on her face, offering encouragement and support. One of the things that particularly brightened my day was receiving an email confirming that our snack and coffee supplies have been replenished after many months of absence and organizing upcoming residents' events that shows she cares. We still have a lot of room for improvement, I am confident with Tashea, we are heading in the right direction.
