First I would like to say that the staff here are great I have yet to have had a negative experience with them. However, I have had some issues with my stay here. I moved here at the worst possible time where the amenities were inaccessible, yet i still had to pay for them. I pay extra money per month for a parking bay and have had multiple times where the landscaping crews have blown small rocks on my car. Also not to mention that I have had my car towed twice while being here. There was no parking at all when they decided to seal coat the parking lot, leaving me to park in the grass. I had my work van broken into stealing close to 8,000. This property does NOT have any cameras. So I had nothing to bring to the police. Lastly I would say that their A C systems are extremely old and have very low efficiency ratings. I have had electric bills close to 300 a month. This place has cost me a lot of money. Don’t rent here.

submitted by Jenni - |Recommended: NoThere is never enough parking now the office has set up even more reserved spots from the 4 already in front of our building. The beautification project was poorly done. The painters did not remove the old signs before painting so you see the old paint colors coming through. Residents were not notified when painters were coming through to paint the doors so if you had a wreath, they painted the hanger did not fully paint the door. The sealing of the parking lot was a joke. At one time 30-40 of the parks were not available, leaving many residents no where to park. We were without a gym for several months the pool opened in mid August. I am not sure why I paid for amenities when I was unable to use them for months. The landscape crew has destroyed beautiful trees getting rid of 6 feet of foliage. Trash is a huge problem. There has been trash everywhere. At one time, we had 3 huge bins overflowing a used furniture lot.

Makes noise Tighten bolts on all doors and drawers in kitchen Bathroom tighten shower rod, shower base paint is chipped away. Toilet flusher jams Kitchen Sink hose loose Living room Floor board has a pothole and chips. Sunroom blinds are broke and strings are dirty and broken. Need new blinds. Master bedroom fix windows. Latch is off window Won’t stay up

submitted by Sara M. - |Recommended: NoGetting better, but still not great. — Since the apartment complex has been taken over by a different company I have a lot of hope. The beautification process and repainting is great, but there are still a lot of major problems. Maintenance is really backed up and I often have to make 2-3 requests or call on the phone or it could be a month before anything is done. My apartment has some problems that have still not been fixed. One of my neighbors smokes weed and the smell gets into my apartment some how. I have hope, but as of right now, I would not recommend to my friends to live here.
